Mr. Y. D. Chowgule
Chairman
Mr. Y. D. Chowgule oversees all aspects of development,
site selection, acquisition and management for CREC.
His experience includes both commercial and multifamily
operations.
Mr. Jaywant Y. Chowgule
Director
Mr. Jaywant Y. Chowgule is responsible for procuring
project financing, developing joint ventures, establishing
project budgets, and reviewing legal, tax and financial
analyses.
Mrs. Ruchika J. Chowgule
General manager
Mrs. Chowgule is involved in all aspects of development,
including project financing, site selection, architectural
design review, construction supervision, marketing and
management. Her extensive background in real estate provides
valuable experience for her diversified responsibilities
within the company.
Mr. P. Sitaramaiah
Manager Civil
Mr. Sitaramaiah has experience that spans all facets
of multifamily operations, including management, accounting
and construction. He began his career in 1973 as an on-site
manager for Larson & Tubro which is the largest civil
Construction Company in India.
Mr. Nitin Sant
Advisor - Civil & Structural
Mr. Sant is responsible for all aspects of construction
and development including site due diligence, design consultants,
managing the design and development approval process, budget
analysis, contract negotiation and managing the suppliers.
He has 25 years of experience in the civil and marine work.
Mr. Pramod Deshpande
Advisor - Finance
Mr. Deshpande, Chartered Accountant, is the professional
financial analyst in the Asset Management division, providing
support for the restructuring partnerships and debt of
the company.
Mr. Ulhas Shetye
Advisor - Legal
Mr. Shetye is responsible for legal aspects of
land acquisition.
