Over
the past 9 decades, the Chowgule Group has bloomed in
its areas of specialization of Mining, Processing of
Mined Products and Transportation.
In these areas of acquired expertise lies the core strength
of the Chowgule Group.
Through these formative years, the Chowgule Group has played
its role in the industrialization of Goa as a territory
and India as a nation.
The Chowgule Group contribution is not only in the area
of creating employment and contributing to the Nation's
exchequer but also in protecting the environment it operates
in.
Extending itself beyond the boundaries of its organization,
the Chowgule Group has been sensitive to the society at
large. The Chowgule Group has reached out and built bridges
to the community by supporting substantially the social
development efforts, more particularly in the education
field.
Although the Indian industrial scene and the Indian economy
have opened the doors for considerable competition from
domestic and international players, the Chowgule Group
has never been working in the sheltered Indian climate.
All the Group companies have worked in the international
scenario and have a good reputation with their customers.
In this scenario the Chowgule Group has flourished to the
current size of operations.
We have now entered the 21st Century.
The future of the Chowgule Group lies in consolidating
its strength and moving forward in its core capabilities.

the top ten players in each of its areas of operations
internationally.
